Television Display (For Long Body):

TELEVISION DISPLAY (for Long Body)

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. REMOVE SPOT LIGHT LENS




a. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lens.

3. REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Detach the 6 clips and 2 claws.
c. w/o Infrared Rays Sensor: Disconnect the connector and remove the roof console box.
d. w/ Infrared Rays Sensor: Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the roof console box.

4. REMOVE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connectors.




b. Remove the 5 nuts.




c. Detach the 3 claws and remove the television display.

5. REMOVE TELEVISION DISPLAY BRACKET




a. Remove the 4 bolts.
b. Detach the clip and move the bracket in the direction indicated by arrow A. Then detach the claw to remove the bracket.

NOTE: Do not reuse the removed clip.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TELEVISION DISPLAY BRACKET




a. Attach the claw of the bracket and move the bracket in the direction indicated by arrow A. Then attach a new clip to install the bracket.
b. Install the 4 bolts.

2. INSTALL TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY




a. Attach the 3 claws to install the television display.




b. After installing the television display to the bracket, check that the display's holes and bracket's protrusions are as shown in the illustration.




c. Install the 5 nuts.
d. Connect the connectors.

3. INSTALL ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY




a. w/o Infrared Rays Sensor:
1. Connect the connector.
2. Attach the 2 claws, and then attach the 6 clips to install the roof console box.
3. Install the 2 screws.

b. w/ Infrared Rays Sensor:
1. Connect the 2 connectors.
2. Attach the 2 claws, and then attach the 6 clips to install the roof console box.
3. Install the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL SPOT LIGHT LENS




a. Attach the 4 claws to install the lens.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization. Testing and Inspection

NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
