RADIO ANTENNA CORD
REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH
4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL
6. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL REAR
7. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
8. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
9. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
10. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
b. Detach the clip and remove the antenna cord.
11. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DVD)
a. Disconnect the 3 connectors.
b. Detach the clip and remove the antenna cord.
12. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the front console box.
13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
a. Remove the front seat RH.
14. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the rear seat for power seat.
b. Remove the rear seat for ottoman.
c. Remove the rear seat for fixed seat.
15. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
a. Remove the rear door scuff plate RH for standard body.
b. Remove the rear door scuff plate RH for long body.
16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
17. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
18. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Standard Body)
a. Disconnect the connectors labeled A.
b. Remove the 2 bolts labeled B.
c. Detach the 4 clips labeled C.
d. Detach the 4 clamps labeled D from the floor stud bolts.
e. Detach the 4 clips labeled E and remove the antenna cord.
19. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Long Body)
a. Disconnect the connectors labeled A.
b. Remove the 2 bolts labeled B.
c. Detach the 5 clips labeled C.
d. Detach the 4 clamps labeled D from the floor stud bolts.
e. Detach the 4 clips labeled E and remove the antenna cord.
INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.
1. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Long Body)
a. Attach the 4 clips labeled E.
b. Attach the 4 clamps labeled D to the floor stud bolts.
c. Attach the 5 clips labeled C.
d. Install the 2 bolts labeled B.
e. Connect the connectors labeled A to install the antenna coed.
2. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Standard Body)
a. Attach the 4 clips labeled E.
b. Attach the 4 clamps labeled D to the floor stud bolts.
c. Attach the 4 clips labeled C.
d. Install the 2 bolts labeled B.
e. Connect the connectors labeled A to install the antenna cord.
3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
5. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
a. Install the rear door scuff plate RH for standard body.
b. Install the rear door scuff plate RH for long body.
6. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear seat for fixed seat.
b. Install the rear seat for ottoman.
c. Install the rear seat for power seat.
7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
a. Install the front seat RH.
8. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the front console box.
9. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Attach the clip and install the antenna cord.
b. Connect the 2 connectors.
10. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DVD)
a. Attach the clip and install the antenna cord.
b. Connect the 3 connectors.
11. INSTALL CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
12. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL REAR
13. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL
14. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY
15. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH
16. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH
17. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
18. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
19. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
20. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
