DTC B2287 LIN Communication Master Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

This DTC is output there is an open, short or ECU communication malfunction between the main body ECU and certification ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTE: When using the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) or Techstream with the engine switch off to troubleshoot:
Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) or Techstream to the vehicle, and turn a courtesy switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the tester and vehicle begins.

HINT: When DTC B2287 and B2785 are output simultaneously, perform the troubleshooting for DTC B2785 first.
