REMOVAL
1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
8. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH
10. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH
11. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the bolt and separate the floor side of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH.
HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.
b. Remove the bolt and separate the floor side of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.
c. Disengage the 3 clips and raise the front portion of the package tray trim panel assembly.
d. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt covers.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the other 2 rear seat shoulder belt covers.
e. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes in the package tray trim panel assembly.
f. Remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
12. REMOVE HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT SET
13. REMOVE NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 3 clips and 5 claws, and remove the No. 2 package tray trim panel assembly.
14. REMOVE REAR WINDOW SHADE ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 4 bolts .
c. Loosen the bolt and remove the rear window shade assembly.
NOTICE: Bolt cannot be removed from the rear window shade assembly.
15. REMOVE REAR SUNSHADE RELAY
NOTICE: When disassembling the rear sunshade assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
a. Remove the screw.
b. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear sunshade relay cover.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Remove the 2 screws and the rear sunshade relay.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR SUNSHADE RELAY
NOTICE: When reassembling the rear sunshade assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
a. Install the rear sunshade relay with the 2 screws.
b. Connect the connector.
c. Engage the 4 claws and install the rear sunshade relay cover.
d. Install the screw.
2. INSTALL REAR WINDOW SHADE ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear window shade assembly, and temporarily tighten 4 bolts and .
b. Fully tighten the 5 bolts.
c. Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
a. Engage the 5 claws and 3 clips, and install the No. 2 package tray trim panel assembly.
4. INSTALL HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT SET
5. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
a. Thread the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors into the package tray trim panel assembly.
b. Insert the rear end of the package tray trim panel assembly into the rear window shade assembly.
c. Engage the 3 clips and install the package tray trim panel assembly.
d. Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat shoulder belt cover.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the other 2 rear seat shoulder belt covers.
e. Connect the floor side of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH with the bolt.
Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)
NOTICE: Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH and the protruding parts of the floor panel to overlap.
f. Check if the ELR locks.
NOTICE: The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.
1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when the belt is pulled out quickly.
g. Connect the floor side of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH with the bolt.
Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)
NOTICE: Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH and the protruding parts of the floor panel to overlap.
HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.
h. Check if the ELR locks.
NOTICE: The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.
1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when the belt is pulled out quickly.
6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH
7. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
10. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
11. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
13. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
