Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY




2. REMOVE PURGE VSV
a. Disconnect the connector and clamp.
b. Disconnect the 2 hoses.
c. Remove the purge VSV from the intake air connector.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL PURGE VSV
a. Install the purge VSV with the bolt.

Torque:18 N.m (182 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

b. Connect the 2 hoses.
c. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
