ACTIVE TEST

HINT: Performing the intelligent tester's ACTIVE TEST allows relays, VSVs, actuators and other items to be operated without removing any parts. Performing the ACTIVE TEST early in troubleshooting is one way to save time. The DATA LIST can be displayed in the ACTIVE TEST.

a. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
b. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
c. Turn the tester on.
d. Enter the given menus: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / AIR CONDITIONER / ACTIVE TEST.
