Rear Side Speaker

Rear Side Speaker:

REAR SIDE SPEAKER

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
2. REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE REAR DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP




5. REMOVE REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 bolts and the rear speaker assembly.

NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.




6. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the speaker connector clamp.
b. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear No.2 speaker assembly.

NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.




7. REMOVE REAR NO.3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/o Front Center Speaker)
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear No.3 speaker assembly.

NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to temporarily install the rear speaker assembly.




b. Install the rear speaker assembly with the 3 bolts.

HINT: Install the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

c. Connect the connector.




2. INSTALL REAR NO.2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Engage the 3 claws and install the rear No.2 speaker assembly.
b. Engage the speaker connector clamp.




3. INSTALL REAR NO.3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/o Front Center Speaker)
a. Install the rear No.3 speaker assembly with the 2 bolts.

HINT: Install the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

b. Connect the connector.

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
5. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
