Climate Control Seat System

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. CHECK FRONT SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH
a. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
b. Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum).
c. Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.

2. CHECK FRONT SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH
a. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
b. Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum).
c. Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.

3. CHECK FRONT SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH
a. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
b. Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum).
c. Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.

4. CHECK FRONT SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH
a. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
b. Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum).
c. Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.

5. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY (A/C ECU)





a. Disconnect the K52 ECU connector.
b. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the K52 ECU connector.
d. Measure the voltage of the connector.





If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
