Accelerator Pedal: Service and Repair

Acceleration Pedal:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL




a. Disconnect the accelerator pedal connector.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and the accelerator pedal assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL

NOTE:
- Avoid physical shock to the accelerator pedal assembly.
- Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal assembly.




a. Install the accelerator pedal assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

b. Connect the accelerator pedal connector.
