Tail Lamp: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

HINT:

- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order.
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
2. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH
5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH
6. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE TOOL BOX COVER
8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR
9. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
10. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LOWER
11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT
12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
13. REMOVE REAR LAMP COVER LH
a. Using a screwdriver, pry out the lamp cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

14. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LAMP LENS LH




a. Disconnect the connector.




b. Remove the bolt.
c. Pull out the lamp, and then disconnect the 2 pins and lamp guide of the body side.
