Height Control Valve Sub-Assembly No.1

HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1
REPLACEMENT
1. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
3. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Disconnect the under side air tube.
c. Disconnect the 3 side air tubes.





d. Remove the 2 nuts and height control valve sub-assembly No.1.





4. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1
a. Install the height control valve sub-assembly No.1 with 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 inch lbs.)
b. Connect the 3 side air tubes.
c. Connect the under side air tube.
d. Connect the connector.
5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
6. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
7. INSPECT AIR LEAK
