INSPECTION

1. INSPECT MIRROR POSITION SENSOR
a. Apply voltage to the terminals with a battery and a dry cell battery, as shown in the table.




b. Measure the voltage while the mirror moves between the fully turned downward position and fully turned upward positions.




If the result is not as specified, replace the mirror assembly.

c. Apply voltage to the terminals with a battery and a dry cell battery, as shown in the table.




d. Measure the voltage while the mirror moves between the fully turned to the left position and fully turned to the right position.




If the result is not as specified, replace the mirror assembly.




If the result is not as specified, replace the mirror assembly.
