Front Side Speaker
REMOVAL1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUBASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 bolts and front No. 1 speaker assembly.
NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 2 clamps.
b. Remove the 3 screws and front No. 2 speaker w/ cover.
c. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the cover.
d. Remove the front No. 2 speaker assembly.
NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and front No. 3 speaker assembly.
NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to temporarily install the front No. 1 speaker assembly.
b. Install the front No. 1 speaker assembly with the 3 bolts.
HINT: Install the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
c. Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the front No. 2 speaker assembly to the cover.
b. Engage the 3 claws and install the cover.
c. Install the front No. 2 speaker assembly w/ cover with the 3 screws.
d. Engage the 2 clamps.
3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the front No. 3 speaker assembly with the 2 bolts.
HINT: Install the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
b. Connect the connector.
4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP
5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUBASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
