50. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY RH (for 2WD)
51. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH (for 2WD)
52. INSTALL SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY FRONT RH (for 4WD)
53. INSTALL SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY FRONT LH (for 4WD)
54. INSTALL TIE ROD ASSEMBLY RH (for 2WD)
55. INSTALL TIE ROD ASSEMBLY LH (for 2WD)
56. INSTALL TIE ROD ASSEMBLY RH (for 4WD)
57. INSTALL TIE ROD ASSEMBLY LH (for 4WD)
58. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB NUT RH (for 4WD)
59. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB NUT LH (for 4WD)
60. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR LOWER (for 2WD)
a. Install the protector with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm 71 inch lbs.)

61. CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR LINK
a. Connect the height control sensor link and install it with the nut.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm 48 inch lbs.)





62. CONNECT WITH PULLEY COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)
a. Using an E8 torx socket, install the with pulley compressor with the stud bolt.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm 89 ft. lbs.)





b. Install the with pulley compressor with the 3 bolts and nut.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm 18 ft. lbs.)





63. CONNECT WITH PULLEY COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)
a. Using an E8 torx socket, install the with pulley compressor with the stud bolt.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm 89 ft. lbs.)





b. Temporarily install the 2 bolts and nut to the pulley compressor.
c. Install the bracket with the bolt and nut.
d. Tighten the 3 bolts and 2 nuts of the compressor and bracket.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm 18 ft. lbs.)
e. Connect the magnetic clutch connector.

64. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
65. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE
a. Connect the ground cable and install it with the bolt.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 89 ft. lbs.)





b. Connect the wire to the engine room No.1 relay block, junction block. Then, install it with the nut.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)
c. Install the engine room No.1 relay block, junction block cover.
d. Connect the battery positive cable (+) and install it with the nut.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm 44 inch lbs.)
e. Connect the ECM connectors.
f. Connect the connector holder.





66. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECM COVER
a. Install the engine room ECM cover with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 inch lbs.)

67. CONNECT FUEL MAIN TUBE





68. CONNECT HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE A
a. Connect the outlet hose.





69. CONNECT HEATER WATER INLET HOSE A
a. Connect the inlet hose.





70. CONNECT UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE
a. Connect the hose to the surge tank.

71. CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE
72. CONNECT RADIATOR HOSE INLET
73. CONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET
74. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE
a. Tighten the hose clamp.
b. Install the air cleaner cap together with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)





c. Install the EVAP VSV to the air cleaner hose.





d. Connect the MAF meter connector and clamp to the air cleaner.





e. Connect the ventilation hose to the cylinder head cover with the clamp.





75. INSTALL NO.1 AIR CLEANER INLET
a. Install the air cleaner inlet with the bolt.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)

76. INSTALL FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)
77. INSTALL PROPELLER WITH CENTER BEARING SHAFT ASSEMBLY
78. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
79. INSTALL NO.2 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 2WD)
a. Install the under cover with the 4 screws, 2 grommets and 2 spacers.

80. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER





81. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the V-bank cover with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)





82. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE RH
a. Install the side cover with the 2 clip and nut.





83. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
a. Install the side cover with the 3 clips.





84. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
a. Install the intake duct seal with the 7 clips.

85. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
86. ADD ENGINE OIL (for 2WD)
87. ADD ENGINE OIL (for 4WD)
88. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID (for 2WD)
89. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID (for 4WD)
90. ADD FRONT DIFFERENTIAL OIL (for 4WD)
91. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
92. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
93. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization procedure.

NOTICE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Repair Instruction - Initialization

94. CHECK SHIFT LEVER POSITION (for 2WD)
95. REMOVE CHECK SHIFT LEVER POSITION (for 4WD)
96. CHECK AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
97. CHECK IGNITION TIMING
98. CHECK IDLE SPEED
99. CHECK CO/HC
100. CHECK FOR ENGINE OIL LEAKS
101. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS
102. CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS
103. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL
104. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL
