Multiplex Communication System

TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY (BODY ECU) (REAR SIDE)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the 2B, 2E, 2F, and 2G J/B connectors.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, the vehicle may be defective. In this case, check the wire harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSY (DRIVER DOOR ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the D17 switch connector.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, the vehicle may be defective. In this case, check the wire harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSY (PASSENGER DOOR ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the F13 switch connector.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, the vehicle may be defective. In this case, check the wire harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

4. CHECK THEFT WARNING ECU (THEFT DETERRENT ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the T6 ECU connector.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, the vehicle may be defective. In this case, check the wire harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.
