INSPECTION







1. INSPECT RELAY (Marking: IG1)
a. Measure the resistance of the IG1 relay.
If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.










2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER SWITCH
a. Measure the resistance of the switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.

HINT: As the dial is being turned, the resistance changes gradually.

b. Check that the seat heater switch indicator lamp illuminates.
OK:
If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.










3. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
a. Measure the resistance of the seatback heater.
b. Heat the thermostat with a light.
c. Measure the resistance of the seatback heater.
If the result is not as specified, replace the seatback heater.










4. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH
a. Measure the resistance of the seatback heater.
b. Heat the thermostat with a light.
c. Measure the resistance of the seatback heater.
If the result is not as specified, replace the seatback heater.







5. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH
a. Measure the resistance of the seat cushion heater.
If the result is not as specified, replace the seat cushion heater.







6. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH
a. Measure the resistance of the seat cushion heater.
If the result is not as specified, replace the seat cushion heater.
