DTC B2611 TELESCOPIC POSITION SENSOR OR TELESCOPIC MOTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

The telescopic motor is powered by voltage supplied from the multiplex tilt & telescopic ECU, and makes the steering column slide forward and rearward.The telescopic position sensor (Hall IC) in the multiplex tilt & telescopic ECU detects the forward and rearward sliding position of the steering column and outputs a signal to the CPU.

HINT: Limit positions can be confirmed on the screen of the hand-held tester.
