Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:




1. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH (DRIVER DOOR ECU)

a. Disconnect the D24, D25 and F23*1 (D38*2) ECU connectors.




b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the D24, D25 and F23*1 (D38*2) ECU connectors.




d. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:




2. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT RH (PASSENGER DOOR ECU)

a. Disconnect the F16, F17 and F24*1 (F25*2) ECU connectors.




b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the F16, F17 and F24*1 (F25*2) ECU connectors.




d. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:




3. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH (REAR LEFT DOOR ECU)

a. Disconnect the R13 and R36*1 (R32*2) ECU connectors.




b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the R13 and R36*1 (R32*2) ECU connectors.




d. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:




4. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR RH (REAR RIGHT DOOR ECU)

a. Disconnect the R14 and R37*1 (R35*2) ECU connectors.




b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the R14 and R37*1 (R35*2) ECU connectors.




d. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
