Speed Sensor, Rear






REMOVAL





1. DISCONNECT SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR
a. Remove the seat cushion and seatback.
b. Disconnect the speed sensor connector and pull out the sensor wire harness with the grommet.
2. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
3. REMOVE SPEED SENSOR
a. Remove the clamp bolt holding the sensor wire harness to the toe control link.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)
b. Remove the clamp nut holding the sensor wire harness to the body.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.)





c. Remove the sensor installation bolt and speed sensor from the axle carder.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

HINT: After installation, check speed sensor signal.
