DTC B1266 Instrument panel system communication bus malfunction (+B short)

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION




If +B or GND short is detected on instrument panel system communication bus, door bus will be separated it by bus cut relays in Body ECU No.1 and Body ECU No.2. This is to prevent communication stop in the door bus. Or in other words, communication continues in door bus.

HINT: On the system structure point of view, this DTC cannot display meter. In case of checking DTC, please use hand held tester.
