MANUAL CLOSE OPERATION1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER
3. REMOVE WIND DEFLECTOR BOARD ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH
8. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY FRONT RH
9. MANUALLY CLOSE QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY RH
a. Remove the connector of the power window regulator motor RH.
b. Connecting the battery positive terminal to terminal 1 of the connector, and the negative one to terminal 2, raise the quarter window assembly.
HINT: For the LH side, connect the battery positive terminal to terminal 2 and the negative one to terminal 1.
10. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY FRONT RH
11. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY
Torque:
Bolt: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)
Nut: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 63 in.lbf)
13. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
14. INSTALL WIND DEFLECTOR BOARD ASSEMBLY
Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
