Front Suspension Arm Sub-ASSY Lower No.2 LH
REPLACEMENT
HINT:
^ Replace the RH side by the same procedures with LH side.
1. REMOVE WHEEL HUB ORNAMENT SUB-ASSY
a. Remove the 10 bolts and wheel hub ornament sub-assy.
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS
a. Remove the 5 nuts and front wheel.
3. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2
4. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSY LOWER NO.2 LH
a. Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the front suspension member brace rear RH and LH.
b. Remove the 4 bolts and front suspension member brace sub assy RH.
c. Remove the bolt.
d. Remove the front suspension arm sub-assy lower No. 2 LH and strut bar bracket with the 2 bolts and nut.
5. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSY LOWER NO.2 LH
a. Install the front suspension arm sub-assy lower No. 2 LH and strut bar bracket with the 2 bolts and nut.
Torque:
A bolt: 164 Nm (1,672 kgf-cm, 121 ft. lbs.)
B nut: 152 Nm (1,550 kgf-cm, 112 ft. lbs.)
b. Install strut bar bracket with the bolt.
Torque: 58 Nm (590 kgf-cm, 43 ft. lbs.)
c. Install the front suspension member brace sub-assy RH with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 56 Nm (570 kgf-cm, 41 ft. lbs.)
d. Connect the front suspension member brace rear RH and LH with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 58 Nm (590 kgf-cm, 43 ft. lbs.)
6. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2
7. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
a. Install the front wheel with the 5 nuts.
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
8. INSTALL WHEEL HUB ORNAMENT SUB-ASSY
a. Install the ornament with the 10 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.)
9. INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
