REPLACEMENT

HINT:
^ Replace the RH side by the same procedures with the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL LH
a. Remove the 10 bolts and ornament.
b. Remove the 5 nuts and front wheel.





2. SEPARATE DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSY LH
a. Remove the 2 bolts and remove the brake cylinder from the steering knuckle.
b. Support the brake cylinder securely.
3. REMOVE FRONT DISC





4. REMOVE FRONT AXLE LH HUB BOLT
a. Using SST and a brass bar or an equivalent to hold, remove the hub bolt.

5. INSTALL FRONT AXLE LH HUB BOLT
a. Install a washer and nut to the bolt, as shown in the illustration.
b. Using a brass bar or an equivalent to hold, Turn the wheel nut to pull the hub bolt until the underside of the hub bolt head touches the axle hub.
6. INSTALL FRONT DISC
7. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSY LH
a. Install the brake cylinder and 2 bolts to the steering knuckle.
Torque: 118 Nm (1,200 kgf-cm, 87 ft. lbs.)
8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH
a. Install the front wheel with the 5 nuts.
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
b. Install the ornament with the 10 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.)
