Steering Mounted Controls Transmitter: Service and Repair

Cruise Control:

REPLACEMENT




1. REMOVE SWITCH & VOLUME CASE
a. Apply protective tape to the steering wheel boss cover lower as shown in the illustration.
b. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the switch & Volume Case.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




2. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Remove the steering pad switch modulator then disconnect the connector.
