Removal and Replacement
REPLACEMENTHINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.
1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. Remove the 2 caps, 2 bolts and sliding roof guide rail stopper (rubber part).
b. Using a torx wrench (T40) Remove the sliding roof guide rail stopper (bolt) and tonneau cover stopper.
c. Disconnect the connector.
2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
a. Remove the 2 caps, 2 bolts, stopper and tonneau cover stopper.
3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH
a. Remove the 3 clips and luggage compartment trim cover LH.
6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH
7. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE TOOL BOX COVER
a. Remove the 4 nuts and tool box cover.
9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR
a. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 strikers, 5 clips and luggage compartment trim rear cover.
10. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 caps, 2 nuts and tonneau cover.
11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LOWER
a. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 strikers, 6 clips and luggage compartment trim inner lower cover.
12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT
a. Remove the 6 clips and luggage compartment trim front cover.
13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
a. Remove the 4 clips and luggage compartment trim side cover LH.
14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH
15. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER
a. Remove the 4 clips.
b. Remove the 2 screws and 6 nuts.
c. Remove the hook and rear bumper cover.
d. Remove the license plate lamp bulb.
e. Disconnect the back up lamp connector.
f. Disconnect the side marker lamp connector.
16. REMOVE BACK UP LAMP LENS LH
17. REMOVE BACK UP LAMP LENS RH
18. REMOVE REAR SIDE MARKER LAMP LENS LH
19. REMOVE REAR SIDE MARKER LAMP LENS RH
20. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LAMP ASSEMBLY
21. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PIECE LH
22. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PIECE RH
