DTC P1570 LASER RADAR SENSOR MALFUNCTION

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

Scanning forward with a laser beam, the laser radar sensor measures the distance and direction of the object ahead from its reflection and, at the same time, calculates the relative speed. These data are transmitted to the distance control ECU.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Check and replace laser radar sensor.

HINT: The laser radar monitors the laser emission and reception by itself. When it cannot monitor, this DTC is detected.
