DTC B2213 DOOR CLOSER MOTOR MALFUNCTION ON REAR RIGHT DOOR

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

This DTC is output when failure of cam position switch circuit is detected.

HINT: When cam position switch 1, 2 and 3 are not all "ON" or all "OFF", this DTC is cleared.

The cam position switch is built in the door lock assembly and detects the position of the closer motor.




The relationship between each switch and closer motor conditions is as follows.

When it operates in regular rotation, the operation goes from top of the list. When in reverse rotation, from bottom of the list.

If the closer detection switch does not operate in the order mentioned above, the rear right door ECU judges the closer as defective, and the operation is stopped.

Regular rotation: 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 -> 6 -> 5 -> 1
Reverse rotation: 1 -> 5 -> 6 -> 4 -> 3 -> 2 -> 1
