Some owners of 2002-2003 model year ES 300 vehicles may complain of increased effort to confirm the position of the combination meter gauge needles in direct sunlight. An alternate combination meter has been developed to minimize this occurrence for those customers who experience the condition.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
2002 - 2003 model year ES 300 vehicles produced before the VINs shown below.

Remove and replace the combination meter as stated in the 2002 or 2003 ES 300 Repair Manuals, Volume 2, Instrument Panel/Meter.
