COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER

CONTROL SERVOMOTOR

INSPECTION




1. Driver side:
REMOVE COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the No.1 under cover.
b. Remove the 2 air ducts.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Disconnect the control rod.
e. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.




2. Passenger side:
REMOVE COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the finish panel assembly.
b. Remove the blower unit.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

3. Driver side:
INSPECT COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT

4. Driver side:
INSPECT COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT

5. Passenger side:
INSPECT COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT

6. Passenger side:
INSPECT COOL AIR BY-PASS DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT

7. INSTALL AIR BYPASS DAMPER CONTROL SERVO-MOTOR
