Air Mix Control Motor

AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR

INSPECTION




1. Driver side:
REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the No.1 under cover.
b. Remove the 2 air ducts.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.




2. Passenger side:
REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the finish panel assembly.
b. Remove the blower unit.
c. LHD model:
Remove the water valve control servomotor.
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Disconnect the control cable.
3. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

d. Disconnect the connector.
e. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

3. INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT

4. INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
