Tilt Wheel Motor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU CIRCUIT
Disconnect the ECU connector, and inspect the connector on wire harness side, as shown.
If circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuit connected to other parts.
