Precheck Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the warning lights and buzzer.



1. Release parking brake pedal.
2. When the ignition switch is turned ON, check that the ABS and BRAKE warning lights goes on for 3 seconds.
3. When depressing the brake pedal repeatedly it may turn on the warning lights and buzzer.

HINT: If the indicator check result is not normal, proceed to troubleshooting for the ABS warning light circuit.

3. Clear DTC's
Clearing Trouble Codes

4. Measure ECU Terminal Values
ABS W/Hydraulic Brake Booster Power Supply System

5. Perform Speed Sensor Signal Check
