Fail safe function:
If any trouble occurs in the steering angle sensor circuit, the ECU prohibits BA & TRAC & VSC controls.

HINT: Start the inspection from step 1 in case of using the LEXUS hand-held tester and start from step 3 in case of not using the LEXUS hand-held tester.
