Hydraulic Cooling Fan Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. REMOVE FENDER LINER
2. DISCONNECT POWER STEERING (PS) OIL COOLER FROM COOLING FAN OIL COOLER
Remove the 2 bolts, and disconnect the PS oil cooler from the cooling fan oil cooler.
3. DISCONNECT HOSES FROM COOLING FAN OIL COOLER
a. Disconnect the inlet hose (from reservoir tank).
b. Disconnect the outlet hose (from hydraulic motor).
4. REMOVE COOLING FAN OIL COOLER
Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler.
Torque: 18 Nm (185 kgf-cm, 13 ft. lbs.)
INSPECTION
INSPECT OIL COOLER
Check the oil cooler for damage or clogging. If necessary, replace the oil cooler.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
