Fuel Door Release Actuator: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT FUEL LID OPENER SOLENOID OPERATION
a. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 3.
b. Check that the solenoid operates in the fuel lid opening.
If operation is not as specified, replace the solenoid.







INSPECT FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR CIRCUIT
Disconnect the connector from the switch and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.
If circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
