REPLACEMENT
1. Remove front wheel.
2. Remove brake caliper and disc.
a. Place matchmarks on the disc and axle hub.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and brake caliper.
c. Support the brake caliper securely.
d. Remove the 2 screws and disc.





3. Remove hub bolt.
Using SST 09628 - 10011, or equivalent remove the hub bolt.





4. Install hub bolt install washer and nut to the hub bolt as shown in the Illustration, and install the hub bolt with torquing the nut.
5. Install brake disc and caliper.
a. Align the matchmarks on the axle hub and disc.
b. Install the disc and 2 screws.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (48 inch lbs.)
c. Install the brake caliper and 2 bolts.
Torque: 118 Nm (87 ft. lbs.)
6. Install front wheel.
Torque: 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs.)
