Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove rear wheel.
Torque: 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs.)
2. Remove luggage compartment trim front cover.
3. Remove rear suspension arm No.2.
4. Remove shock absorber with coil spring.





a. Loosen the nut in the center of the suspension support.

NOTICE: Do not remove it.

Torque: 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.)
b. Remove the 3 nuts.
Torque: 64 Nm (47 ft. lbs.)





c. Remove the 2 bolts and shock absorber with the coil spring.
Torque: 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. After installation, check rear wheel alignment.
