HUB BOLT REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the brake caliper and disc.
a. Remove the 2 bolts, brake caliper and disc.
b. Support the brake caliper securely.





3. Using Special Service Tool (SST) 09628 - 10011 or equivalent, remove the hub bolt.





4. Install a washer and nut to the hub bolt, as shown in the illustration, and install the hub bolt by tightening the nut.
5. Install the brake disc and caliper.
Install the disc and brake caliper with 2 bolts.
Torque: 107 Nm (79 ft. lbs.)
6. Install the front wheel.
Torque: 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs)
