Disassembly

1. Carefully mount the pump body in a soft jaw vise.





2. Remove the oil pressure relief valve plug, gasket, compression spring and valve.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the pump body.





3. Remove the 10 screws, pump body cover, the drive and driven rotors.
