Speed Sensor, Rear

Rear Speed Sensor Components:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect Speed Sensor connector.
(a) Remove the trim front cover of the luggage compartment.

Rear Speed Sensor Connector:

(b) Disconnect the Speed Sensor connector, and pull out the sensor wire harness with the grommet.
2. Remove Speed Sensor.
(a) Remove the 3 clamp bolts.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kg.cm, 48 inch lbs.)
(b) Remove the 4 clamps from the upper arm and body.
(c) Right wheel:
Disconnect the pad wear indicator connector from the Speed Sensor.

Remove The Rear Speed Sensor From The Axle Carrier:

(d) Remove the Speed Sensor from the Axle Carrier.
Torque: 7.8 Nm (80 kg.cm, 69 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
After installation, check Speed Sensor signal.
