AMPLIFIER REMOVAL

1. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY


2. REMOVE AMPLIFIER







a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the 5 claws.

REMOVAL HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




c. Release the connector lock at rear of the control panel.
d. Remove the flexible flat cable and separate the control panel from the case.




e. Remove the 2 screws.
f. Release the 2 claws and pull out the A/C amplifier.

AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AMPLIFIER




a. Install the A/C amplifier to case into the case. as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:
^ When installing the amplifier base in the case. always hold the amplifier base as shown in the illustration.
^ Do not hold the amplifier base in you bare hands static electricity may burn out the amplifier base.




b. Turn upward the upper part of amplifier base and push it slightly into the case.
c. Pull the flexible flat cable outward
d. Insert the amplifier base fully into the case and fix it there with 2 screws.

2. INSTALL CONTROL PANEL TO CASE




a. Connect the lock the flexible flat cable to the control panel.




b. Feed the flexible flat cable into the case so that it is in the position shown when you fit together the case and control panel.
c. Install the 2 screws.
