Heater Control Valve Actuator: Service and Repair

1. REMOVE No.1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD
2. REMOVE No. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER





3. REMOVE SERVOMOTOR
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Disconnect the control cable from water valve.
c. Remove the 2 screws and servomotor.

INSTALLATION HINT: For installing control cable. refer to CONTROL CABLE ADJUSTMENT.
Adjustments
