CLEARING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES WITHOUT A SCAN TOOL

Disconnecting the battery terminals or removing the EFI fuse will delete any diagnostic trouble codes stored in memory.

NOTICE: Disconnecting the battery terminals or the removal of fuses may erase certain computer memory functions, such as: clock, radio presets, memory seats, adaptive fuel strategies, ect. Care should be taken when clearing diagnostic trouble codes by this procedure.
