Preliminary Preparation

1. Record the customer's preset radio stations for AM, FM1 and FM2.

2. Position the driver's seat in the No.1 seat memory position.

3. Using the scan tool, retrieve and note any problem codes in ECM.

NOTE:
If there are any OBDII codes, also print or copy Freeze Frame Data.
