Fuel Pump Control Unit: Testing and Inspection

1. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION AND BACK.
2. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM.
3. INSPECT FUEL PUMP ECU.




- Disconnect the fuel pump ECU connector.





- Connect negative (-) terminal cable to the battery.





- Check the connector on the wiring harness side as shown in the chart.
- If circuit is as specified, replace the fuel pump ECU.
- Disconnect negative (-) terminal cable from the battery.
- Reconnect the fuel pump ECU connector.
4. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM.
- Attach the upper side of the quarter trim to the quarter panel.
5. REINSTALL SEAT BACK AND CUSHION.
