Alarm Horn: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT HORN OPERATION






Connect positive (+) lead to terminal1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2 of theft deterrent horn corrector, and that the theft deterrent horn blows.
If operation is not as specified, replace the horn.

INSPECT HORN CIRCUIT






Disconnect the connector from the horn and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.






*: 16 pin connector of body ECU
If the circuit is not as specified. inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
