Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

When performing the following underhood servicing, it is necessary to disarm the airbag system. After completion of procedure, rearm airbag system as outlined.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then wait 90 seconds to begin work.
2. Remove engine undercover, then air cleaner duct.
3. Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.
4. Remove cooling fan, disconnect wire and connector from motor, then remove motor.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
