Blower Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL


Note: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. Remove glove compartment.




2. Remove 2 nuts and R/B No.6.




3. Remove connector bracket.
(a) Disconnect the connectors from the connector bracket.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and the bracket.





4. Remove heater to register # 4.
(a) Remove the screw, clip and the heater to register No. 4.





5. Remove ECU and Bracket.
(a) Remove the 3 nuts and the ECU bracket.





6.Remove blower unit.
(a) Disconnect the connectors from the blower unit and the air inlet control servomotor.
(b) Remove the bolt, 2 screws, nut and the blower unit.
