On Vehicle Inspection

1. REMOVE ENGINE WIRE COVERS AND THROTTLE BODY.
- Refer to Service and Repair for procedure.
2. INSPECT INJECTOR RESISTANCE.
- Disconnect the 8 injector connectors.





- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Resistance: 13.4 - 14.2 Ohms

- If the resistance is not as specified, replace the injector.
- Reconnect the S injector connectors.
3. REINSTALL THROTTLE BODY AND ENGINE WIRE COVERS.
