Installation

1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (VSV) TO VACUUM TANK.
- Install the VSV with the screw.
- Connect the vacuum hose to port A of the vacuum tank.





2. INSTALL VACUUM TANK AND VSV ASSEMBLY.
- Connect the following connector and hoses:
- VSV connector
- Vacuum hose (from air intake chamber) to port E of vacuum tank
- Vacuum hose (from actuator) to VSV





- Install the vacuum and VSV assembly with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 21 Nm (15 ft lb)





3. WITH A/T: INSTALL OIL DIPSTICK AND GUIDE FOR A/T.
- Install a new 0-ring on the dipstick guide.
- Apply soapy water on the 0-ring.
- Connect the dipstick guide end to the oil pan.
- Install the dipstick and guide with the bolt.
4. CONNECT NEGATIVE (-) TERMINAL CABLE TO BATTERY.
